this is where it is.

oh yea. ratatat last night was so rad. it was 5:30. eric and i met up for coffee and talked about how we had slept for too many hours that day. and how we weren't even drinking our morning cup of coffee until 5:30. i was flipping through my journal and saw that i wrote down "ratatat?" in friday's square. he said he heard it was sold out. but we went down to the venue just to try our luck. and it was good because we waited in line and (after seeing a gang of bicyclists riding down market street with hundreds of rainbow colored balloons tied to their backs...) got some of the very last, few, special, regular priced, general admission, day of tickets. and then we found ourselves, an hour later, nodding and bobbing and swaying and smiling to the most perfect, electronic musical duet there is.

with an old love letter.

and we should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.
and we should call every truth false which was not accompanied by at least one laugh.

i wish you were home.

in the next few days i will be sending out this many letters. chances are... you'll be getting one.
